thermogenesis

Bert,
you state on p.50 of your ebook that a 4th mechanism of weight loss, thermogenesis, is under study
would you mind to elaborate on:
(1) the thermogenetic impact of f-5 (as much as current research allows)
(2) the relations between thermogenesis, metabolic rate, weight loss, rejuvenation

(some people, me included, seem to experience body cold when not sleeping or not eating sufficiently)

what's up?

thanks & be well

You mention feeling cold in response to lack of sleep. I've noticed the same thing too, and also that feeling cold seems to have a tendency to make me feel sleepy, even though most ppl when they're feeling sleepy blast themselves with cold air to wake up, it seems to have the opposite effect on me.
